When we decided to put that same home back on the market, we were so impressed with Donna during that first purchase, we reached out to her to guide us through this process the a second time around. This stressful process was made immensely easier with the help of Pam. She was always responsive, made herself available on weekends when we were in town to see homes, and did an excellent job finding properties that were appropriate for us. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns - as well as high expectations! Pam was great at guiding us and assisting us in figuring out how to balance all of our 'must-haves'. When it came time to make an offer, Pam worked very well with the sellers' agent through negotiations to get us the home we wanted with a fair price - even in a multiple offer scenario! Since we were out of town, we did have to work through a lot of the paperwork and documents via phone and email. Pam took hours of time in the evenings to guide us through all of our questions and concerns to make sure we had a complete understanding of the process.
